The ancient city that came before Airess was once large, sprawling and massively populated. Once the climate disaster took over, the city went silent and the plants took over. Many years later, when the people began to return, they decided to live with the plants instead of removing them creating an entirely new city style that was more in line with the nature of things. From a distance it might look overrun but once you get closer, you see life thriving in ways that it didn’t before.
