BACKSTORY
The Foreteller of Light is a pacifist, dedicated to joining humans and echoes, preaching about equality. The New Republic is completely against this because echoes are used as a cheap labor source and will affect the ability to profit. Many of the The Ides also have a huge problem with the Foretellers of Light because they typically believe the echoes will take over if given the opportunity. The Foretellers do not associate themselves with those of weak mind, so they push on regardless.
