With English becoming the global language and travel becoming almost instantaneous, the Foreign Emissary would seem to be a simple job. However, the mix of race and culture as well as the expansion of no man’s land between the larger metropolises, has blurred the lines of neutral areas. This role has expanded over the years as more regions have come into existence in Solus. Resources have become scarce so they have entrusted these emissaries with procuring the labor needs of Moonmire.
