The unions do not have the most sophisticated group of technical experts. They do not have a very prominent spy or information trading network. But what they do have is run by the Chief of Deception. This union leader is hated by the Old East, despised by New Republic and feared by corporations for his tenacity to create lies and misdirection concerning the union projects and resources. His job is to deceive those who end the laborer’s union.
