BACKSTORY
One of the earliest recruits to join the Thornravers was Donas Sturgel, one of the best known doctors Old East had to offer. The Overlord however, was persuasive. The money and power it offered Donas led to his decision to close his practice and step into a leadership role onboard the Uraborus. Everyone just called him the Surgeon from that point on. The name fit like a needle in a vein.
