THE IDES

Deep in the dark woods of the Ides, strange things can occur. Many people talk of magic or monsters. They are half right. Around the time of the Thornravers arrival in the Ides, a young woman came out of the woods. She had removed her own tongue and could only mumble words, but with these mumbles the power unleashed would make your skin crawl. It would creep the heebie jeebies out of you until you had to run away. The power that lives inside “The Mumbler” is real but nobody knows exactly what it is or how it came to be.
