BACKSTORY
Shattered Valley lies to the west of New Republic where the beginning of the great dryness began. Shattered Valley does have its fair share of inhabitants including a man known as Deepdoom. There is no way around it, the name says it all. Famous for his fearlessness and sociopathic tendencies, Deepdoom is a hired killer who lives in a region where the local law enforcement leaves him alone. He has more weaponry than most of the local law agencies combined.
