BACKSTORY
If there is one job that seems to put the e in ego, that would be the head of the Novus City planning department. Yes, this is the one person who draws the line in the sand and adjudicates the Faction zones of the city. His role is actually quite simply… make it seem like there is actually a decision to be made, take a bribe from the higher paying Faction and then let them battle it out on their own terms. The position isn’t dangerous unless the planner actually decides to plan!
